Sleepless in Miami episode is very different from the normal. It opens up with a nightmare of the character played by Shawn with blood is all over the walls. Viewers will be baffled for some time wondering what is going on.

The nightmare is connected with a murder suspect who while questioning tells a story about some strange visions. Boa Vista goes undercover to find out if the suspect was really telling the truth.

In the course of investigations Boa Vista visits the psychic played by Beth Littleford .and tries the drug stuff herself. It is a weed derivative that erases your memory and causes hallucination. The specialty of this drug is that you see a sort of glowing orb for a face. People appear as faceless monsters or aliens in these visions. Boa Vista had the visions of her ex-husband coming to kill her.

Horatio, portrayed by Caruso, happened to be at the receiving end of Boa Vista’s drugged reactions.But it will not be an easy task for her to explain the reason for firing (literally) her boss. But she may not get fired for firing at the boss. Horatio does not make much noise about this but that does not mean that Natalie Boa Vista can expect a promotion very soon. She is very lucky to keep her job in these hard economic times when a lot of people are losing jobs for much simpler reasons
